Melissa Murray

Melissa Murray is a florist in Australia where she runs a family business Buds and Blooms. She is a regular participant in the Interflora competitions. She first entered in 2005 and went on to win Australian Interflora Florist of the Year 2017.

Melissa looks forward to growing and evolving each year in her talents and loves to learn new things from florists around the world. She hopes to one day demonstrate and teach around Australia and maybe the world!

She loves working with textured flowers and creating things that people would never expect. She loves growing succulents and messing around in the garden.

Melissa says “I never expected to work with flowers as I was growing up but I have always had a passion for nature” and it shows.
